What it will do
The scope below is what we are building toward. Some of it exists in early form today and some of it does not yet, so treat this as our plan rather than a finished feature list.
Admissions & enquiries
Capture enquiries, track applicants through each stage, and convert them to enrolled students without retyping anything.
Students & academics
A single record per student: classes, sections, subjects, documents and history that stays accurate as they move up.
Attendance & timetable
Daily and period-wise attendance, with class timetables that teachers and parents can actually read.
Fees & online collections
Define fee heads, generate schedules, and collect online. Parents see what is due; you see what is paid.
Exams & report cards
Set up assessments, enter marks once, and produce report cards that follow your school's grading rules.
Parent communication
Share notices, results and fee reminders with parents directly, so the front office stops fielding the same calls.
Multi-branch for school chains
Run several branches of one school group on a single Spexx ID, with each branch keeping its own students and books.
One Spexx ID across your products
Spexx Skool sits alongside the rest of the Spexx family. The same account, billing and security model carries across every product, so a group that runs more than one branch, or more than one kind of business, does not manage a pile of separate logins.
