Get started

From a fresh signup to a running product in seven steps. This walks through the account model so you know where everything lives before you invite anyone.

Spexx is organised around three levels: your personal Spexx ID, the businesses you own or belong to, and the branches inside each business. Products such as Spexx Health are subscribed per branch, so a branch is the unit you launch, bill, and staff.

1. Create your Spexx ID

Your Spexx ID is the single login you use across every Spexx product. Go to signup and enter your email and phone number. We send a one-time code to each, so keep both handy. Once you confirm them, your ID is live and you are signed in.

You will not create a separate password for each product. The same Spexx ID carries you into Health, Skool, and anything you add later.

2. Create a business

A business is your organisation: the legal entity that owns the work, the contracts, and the billing. From your dashboard, choose to create a business and give it a name. You become its owner with full administrative authority.

If you run more than one organisation, you can create several businesses under the same Spexx ID. Each one keeps its own branches, staff, and subscriptions completely separate.

3. Add a branch

A branch is a single location or unit inside a business, for example a clinic, a hospital site, or a campus. Open your new business and add a branch with its name and address. Most accounts start with one branch and add more as they grow.

Branches matter because subscriptions, data, and staff access are all scoped to them. A team member granted access to one branch does not automatically see another.

4. Subscribe the branch to a product

With a branch in place, choose the product you want to run there, such as Spexx Health. You can start a subscription with online payment, or, if an admin has granted you a trial, activate that instead. The subscription attaches to the branch, not to the business as a whole.

For plans, what a branch costs, and how renewals and invoices work, see the billing guide.

5. Launch the product and onboard

Once the branch is subscribed, open the product from your dashboard. Spexx signs you in automatically through single sign-on, so there is no second login. The product opens already pointed at the right branch.

The first time you enter, the product walks you through its own setup. In Spexx Health, that means describing the hospital or clinic: departments, rooms, the services you offer, and how you want them priced. Take your time here; this is the structure your team will work inside.

6. Invite your team

Invite people by their email or phone. Each invitation grants a role and access to specific branches. A receptionist might see only the front-desk tools for one branch, while a manager sees more across several. People you invite sign in with their own Spexx ID, so nobody shares credentials.

Clinical staff can also enrol themselves as practitioners after they join, which keeps their professional identity separate from the administrative role you assign.

7. Switch between branches and businesses

You are never locked into one context. A switcher in the dashboard lets you move between branches within a business, and between the different businesses you belong to, at any time. Your view, data, and the products available all follow the branch you are currently in.

Next steps

You now have a business, a branch, a running product, and a team. To understand charges and renewals, read the billing guide. To see what Spexx Health covers in detail, visit the product page.
